The Citizen E electric oven is ideal for pizza but can do much more. The steam drain valve supplied as standard also enables you to cook other recipes. According to your specialities, you can cook traditional round pizza, peel or tray-baked, in addition to all your deli bake classics.

You can choose the single or double chamber version and build a pizza oven suited to your production needs, with the option of stacking up to 3 modules.
